I bring almost three decades of expertise to the realm of intimate healing and personal growth. As the visionary founder of The Amina Institute (formerly the Atlanta Institute of Tantra) the host of the Fix Your Sex Podcast, and a healer on Netflix’s Sex, Love and goop, I have established myself as a leading voice in sacred sexuality and somatic healing.

My journey began in 1997 as a Sex Surrogate working alongside Dr. Dean Dauw, laying the foundation for her comprehensive approach to intimacy. Keeping one foot in the corporate world and one foot in the world of sacred sexuality most of my life, my passion for bodywork blossomed after completing training at the New Chicago School of Bodywork & Massage, which was fundamental in opening my eyes to a wide array of erotic healing modalities. I have since then taken an array of bodywork and anatomy classes, developing a level of expertise in pelvic floor wellness.

As a graduate of the University of Illinois, I have continued to honed my skills through trainings with Embody Labs, Strozzi Institute, and Somatic Experiencing. My erotic practices are informed by the old and new ways of both Neo- and Vajryana Tantra, Kunyasa and Karsei Nei Tsang, which I studied under the tutelage of Mantak Chia. I am also attuned to Reiki mastery and I have completed 200 hours in yoga teacher training. My multifaceted background as a community organizer, somatic healer, sex doula, educator, and coach uniquely positions me to guide individuals through their most profound challenges related to body image, sexual trauma, self-esteem, and belonging.

A passionate sexologist, intimacy coach, sex doula, somatic bodyworker, and activist​, my trauma-informed, integrative approach combines academic rigor with lived, hands-on experience, creating safe and transformative moments and spaces.
